Trim Conveying System Wet Separator to Pulper Type Process Flow Diagram.

Applications

Used in paper mills to handle trim waste generated during the paper production process. These systems are crucial for recycling trim waste, reducing overall waste, and enhancing the efficiency of the paper production process.

Benefits

These systems improve sustainability by recycling trim waste back into the production process, reducing raw material consumption and waste disposal costs. They enhance operational efficiency by ensuring continuous trim removal and minimizing downtime. Additionally, they support environmental compliance and contribute to a cleaner production environment.

Capacities

Trim Conveying Capacity: Capable of handling trim widths from a few millimeters to several centimeters

Air Flow Rates: From 1,000 to over 10,000 cfm

Separation Efficiency: Achieves high efficiency in separating trim waste from the air stream

The trim conveying system collects trim waste generated during the paper production process and transports it through a ductwork system using high-velocity air. The trim waste is then directed to a wet separator, where it is mixed with water. The separator effectively separates the trim from the air stream by using water to capture and consolidate the waste. The wet trim is then transported back to the pulper, where it is reintroduced into the paper production process as raw material. The cleaned air is vented out, ensuring a dust-free environment. This system ensures efficient recycling of trim waste, maintaining continuous operation and contributing to sustainable paper production.
