Industrial mill featuring industrial ventilation components installed throughout the facility.

Applications

Used in various industries, these systems effectively manage and remove moisture-laden air and contaminants. They are used in a variety of different applications.

Benefits

Wet exhaust duct systems improve air quality by efficiently removing moist and contaminated air, reducing risks such as mold and corrosion. They enhance operational safety and comfort, and are adaptable to various applications, providing flexibility and reliability. Easy maintenance and robust construction ensure long-term performance.

Capacities

Air Flow Rates: 500 to over 50,000 cfm

Moisture and Material Handling: Efficiently manages high humidity and moisture levels and can handle a variety of different pollutants

Duct Sizes: Customizable to fit different facility requirements and applications

Wet exhaust duct systems utilize a network of ducts to collect and transport moist air from various facility sources. Equipped with separators and other equipment as needed, the system captures and removes moisture and contaminants. High-capacity blowers and fans move the air through the ducts to a central exhaust point. Here, the air is either released outside or processed through additional filtration and moisture removal equipment. The ducts are made from corrosion-resistant materials, ensuring durability. The system’s design includes strategically placed exhaust intakes for optimal moisture capture and air flow balance, adaptable to specific application needs.
