Web Cleaner System Dry Process Flow Diagram.

Applications

Used in paper mills to maintain the cleanliness of the paper web during production. They are essential for removing dust, debris, and contaminants from the paper surface to ensure high-quality end products and efficient machine operation.

Benefits

Web cleaner systems improve paper quality by ensuring a clean surface, reducing defects and rejects. They enhance machine efficiency by preventing contamination build-up that can cause downtime and maintenance issues. Additionally, they support a cleaner working environment and help meet stringent quality and safety standards.

Capacities

Cleaning Width: Ranging from 1 to over 10 meters

Cleaning Speed: Operating web speeds of 500 to over 2,000 meters per minute

Debris Removal Efficiency: Achieves up to 99% efficiency in removing dust, fibers, and other contaminants from the web surface

The web cleaner system consists of a series of nozzles, brushes, and suction units strategically placed along the paper machine. As the paper web passes through the system, air jets or brushes dislodge dust and debris from the surface. Suction units then capture and remove the contaminants, preventing them from re-depositing on the web or machinery. The collected debris is directed to a disposal or recycling system, ensuring continuous cleaning and maintaining the quality and efficiency of the paper production process.
