Trim Conveying System Wet Process Flow Diagram.

Applications

Used in paper mills to handle trim waste generated during the paper production process. These systems are crucial for recycling trim waste, reducing overall waste, and enhancing the efficiency of the paper production process.

Benefits

These systems improve sustainability by recycling trim waste back into the production process, reducing raw material consumption and waste disposal costs. They enhance operational efficiency by ensuring continuous trim removal and minimizing downtime. Additionally, they support environmental compliance and contribute to a cleaner production environment.

Capacities

Trim Conveying Capacity: Capable of handling trim widths from a few millimeters to several centimeters

Air Flow Rates: From 1,000 to over 10,000 cfm

Separation Efficiency: Achieves high efficiency in separating trim waste from the air stream

The trim conveying system collects trim waste generated during the paper production process and transports it through a wet duct system. In-line venturis are used to create high-velocity air and water flow, which captures and conveys the trim waste through the ducts. The trim waste is then directed to a trim separator, where it is effectively separated from the air and water stream. The wet duct system ensures that dust and small particles are captured, maintaining clean air quality. The separated trim can be directed to a collection point for recycling or disposal, while the cleaned air and water are recirculated or treated.
