The system features web handling components with leading edge exhaust and trailing edge supply air. Dust collector intake slots include a cleaning mechanism, ensuring continuous dust removal. Dust is contained below the foils and managed by the pulper exhaust. Integral tail chutes thread directly on the foils, guiding the web efficiently. The balanced air flow and strategic placement of exhaust and supply points maintain web stability and effective dust containment. This design reduces total system exhaust flow rates, keeps components clean, and supports higher machine speeds with enhanced web handling.
