Scrubbing Water System Process Flow Diagram.

Applications

Used in various industries, including chemical processing, power generation, metal refining, and manufacturing. They are designed to remove contaminants, such as particulates, gases, and odors, from exhaust streams.

Benefits

Scrubbing water systems provide high removal efficiency for a wide range of pollutants, are adaptable for different industrial applications, and can be scaled to fit various process sizes. They support compliance with environmental regulations, improve air quality, and reduce environmental impact by capturing and treating harmful emissions.

Capacities

Flow Rates: 500 to over 100,000 cfm

Water Usage: Between 10 to 1,000 gallons of water per minute depending on the size and requirements of the system

Removal Efficiency: Achieves high removal efficiencies, up to 99%, for various contaminants

Contaminated gas enters the scrubbing system and is exposed to water sprayed or circulated within the unit. The water captures particulates and dissolves gaseous pollutants through direct contact. The contaminated water is then collected and treated to remove the captured pollutants, while the cleaned gas exits the system. The treated water can be recirculated or disposed of according to environmental guidelines, ensuring efficient and effective pollution control.
