Pulper Mist Containment System Process Flow Diagram.

Applications

An industrial ventilation system for pulper mist containment is designed to manage and contain the mist generated during the pulping process in paper manufacturing.

Benefits

Regulatory compliance, energy efficiency, improved air quality, and enhanced safety and operational efficiency.

Capacities

Airflow: 5,000 to 50,000+ CFM

Containment Efficiency: Designed to contain up to 99% of mist generated during the pulping process

Tank Capacity: Varies based on the system design, typically ranging from 500 liters to 10,000 liters or more

Pulper mist containment works by capturing mist at the source using hoods and air curtains, then drawing the mist-laden air through ducts with high-efficiency fans. The air passes through filters and separators to remove fine particles and chemicals before being exhausted or recirculated, ensuring clean air is maintained in the facility.
